Lindsay M. Goldbrum is a Partner at Goddard Law. Lindsay represents plaintiffs in a wide range of employment matters, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination on the basis of gender, LGBTQ+ status, pregnancy, race, disability and age, family and medical leave, whistleblower retaliation, and contract claims. She has experience representing employees in single- and multi-plaintiff litigation in both federal and state court and in arbitration.

Lindsay is no stranger to high-profile courtroom battles. She has represented six survivors of disgraced film mogul Harvey Weinstein in both criminal and civil matters, including brave women who testified at Weinstein’s criminal sex abuse trials in New York in 2020 and 2025. Her other notable clients include plaintiffs in high-profile discrimination and civil rights lawsuits against Amazon, American Airlines, Hamilton the Musical, Point 72 Asset Management, Maimonides Medical Center, Columbia University, and others.
Prior to joining Goddard Law, Lindsay was an Attorney at Outten & Golden LLP and Wigdor LLP, where she represented individuals in employment litigations. A former prosecutor, she worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s office.
Lindsay is a vocal advocate for the LGBTQ+ community both in and out of the employment context. Since 2018, she has served on the Board of Directors of the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York, where she is the co-chair of the Women’s Committee. Lindsay regularly speaks on panels and CLEs about LGBTQ+ employment discrimination, including her own experience as an LGBTQ+ attorney.
Lindsay received the E. Nathaniel Gates Award in 2026 for her service to the LGBTQ+ community. Lindsay has been named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch from 2023-2026 and to Super Lawyers: Rising Stars from 2020-2026. She graduated from the University of Maryland- College Park with a B.A. in both Government and Politics and Criminology and Criminal Justice, as well as a College Park Scholars concentration in International Studies. Ms. Goldbrum received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a full merit scholarship recipient. She was awarded the Cardozo Service and Achievement Award for her dedication to the school’s clinics, volunteer opportunities, and student leadership.
