Jessica Reid is an experienced litigation paralegal at Goddard Law, where she is dedicated to providing exceptional legal support to the firm’s attorneys and to the individuals the firm represents.
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, Florida, in 2015, and her Juris Doctor from FIU College of Law in 2018. She was admitted to the New Jersey Bar that same year, and began her legal career as a plaintiff-side employment attorney at a boutique law firm in New York City.
Although deeply passionate about employment law, Jessica transitioned into a litigation paralegal role in 2021 to focus on the complex, behind-the-scenes work of identifying, collecting, reviewing, demanding, and producing discovery, while also providing day-to-day support to the firm’s attorneys and clients. Since then, she has worked at multiple plaintiff-side employment law firms in New York. Today, she continues to channel her legal experience and advocacy background into standing up for employees who have faced discrimination, retaliation, and workplace injustice.
