Hailey Miller is an Associate at Goddard Law, where she is committed to advancing employee rights and holding employers accountable for unlawful workplace practices. She represents employees in complex employment matters against large corporate employers, including Amazon, Capital One, and General Motors.
Hailey brings a level of intensity and sophistication to her practice that belies her years of experience, developed through extensive training under the firm’s founding attorney, Megan Goddard, beginning during her undergraduate studies. She brings a thoughtful and disciplined approach to her work, with particular attention to factual development and careful case strategy.
Hailey earned her B.A. from the University of Tennessee in 2021 and her J.D. from New York Law School in 2024. While in law school, she served as a law clerk at Goddard Law and participated in New York Law School’s Elder Law Clinic. She is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA)–New York, the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA)–National, and the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL).
