Christine DeMaria is a Law Clerk at Goddard Law, where she supports the firm’s attorneys in representing employees who have faced discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace injustices. Christine earned her B.A. from Thomas Edison State University in 2022 and her J.D. from New York Law School in 2025. During law school she focused her studies on employment discrimination, civil rights, and trauma-informed advocacy.
Christine is committed to protecting workers from unlawful treatment and is gaining the litigation skills necessary to become a strong advocate for plaintiffs. She assists in drafting complaints, preparing discovery, and developing factual records in single- and multi-plaintiff employment cases in both state and federal court.
In addition to her work at Goddard Law, Christine has experience as a legislative advocate, public speaker, and author. Christine founded a nonprofit that offers guidance and educational support to individuals navigating career transitions.
Christine’s commitment to public service has been recognized with the 2023 David Prize.
