About

Cheri Chestnut Quigley is Of Counsel at Goddard Law and a seasoned litigator with more than 20 years of experience representing clients. Cheri represents plaintiffs in a wide range of employment disputes, including harassment, retaliation, and discrimination based on disability, age, gender, race, and other protected characteristics. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, results-oriented advocacy, fighting for fair treatment, meaningful accountability, and lasting change in the workplace.

Cheri’s litigation background is broad and deep. Prior to joining Goddard Law, she served in both in-house and law firm roles, where she handled complex commercial litigation, property disputes, and insurance coverage matters across the country and internationally. This wide-ranging experience gives her a sophisticated understanding of how institutions operate and how to hold them accountable.

Cheri earned her B.A. from Louisiana State University in 1998 and her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 2002. While in law school, she demonstrated her commitment to gender justice by assisting with grant writing and funding for Tulane Law’s Domestic Violence Clinic, which opened in the fall of 2002. Ms. Quigley was recognized for this work with the National Association of Women Lawyers Award in 2002.

When she is not practicing law, Cheri enjoys spending time with her kids, twins Grey and Parker, traveling with them, and watching their sports activities.
